Privacy policy.
This explains what information we collect when you use bloomwired.io, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises. If you have a question we don't answer here, email us at [email protected].
Who we are
Bloomwired is a two-person systems shop run by Ary and Brixon. We build and clean up the systems behind inquiry forms, booking, follow-up, and lead routing for service businesses. This policy applies to bloomwired.io, including any free tools, the blog, and any forms or calculators on the site.
For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us", and "Bloomwired" refer to the Bloomwired team. "You" refers to anyone visiting the site or sending us information through it.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the site, we collect what you choose to share. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), business name, and anything you write in a notes or "what do you need help with" field. If you book a call, your calendar tool may also share the scheduled time and any extra answers you give there. If you buy the Never Lose a Lead Again book, our payment processor handles your card details, we never see them, and we receive your name, email, and a record of the purchase so we can send you the book.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we collect basic technical information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, how you got here (the referring site), the rough region your visit came from, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site running and to understand which content is helpful.
Information from our tools
If you complete one of our free tools (System Snapshot, Site Audit, Cost Calculator, and so on), we store the answers you gave so we can show the result and, in some cases, save an anonymous record of completions. We do not attach your name or email to those records unless you submit a separate form afterward.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Reply to your message or quote your project
- Deliver the service you asked for and communicate about it
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, project updates, invoices)
- Send you the result of a tool you completed, if you ask for it
- Improve the site, the tools, and the content we publish
- Comply with legal obligations
We will never use your information for unrelated marketing without your clear consent. If we ever start a separate newsletter, signing up will be a deliberate, opt-in choice on your part.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that help us run the business. As of the date above, those include:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, email, calendar, and forms
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, analytics for the free tools
- PayPal — payment processing for the book and invoices (they handle your card details, we don't see them)
- Google Workspace — email correspondence and shared docs
Each of these providers handles your information under their own privacy terms. We pick providers we trust and limit what they receive to what they need to do their job.
We may also share information when required by law, when needed to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transition (for example, if Bloomwired is ever acquired). If that happens, the new owner will be bound by this policy unless you are notified otherwise.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Bloomwired, that phone number and your opt-in consent stay with Bloomwired. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer them to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for support, or email [email protected].
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to count how the free tools get used. The most important ones:
- Site session cookies set by our page builder (GoHighLevel) so the site loads and forms work
- A "no count" cookie we set if you opt out of being counted in our tool analytics
- Anonymous tool-usage tracking through our Cloudflare-hosted counter, which records the tool you used, the country you came from, and a per-browser nickname. No name, email, or precise location
If you want to opt out of the anonymous tool counting, visit our opt-out page. The cookie stays on your browser until you clear site data or visit the opt-in page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal limits, like invoices we have to keep for taxes)
- Ask us to stop processing your information for certain purposes
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address you used to contact us, and we will respond within thirty days.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for. As a rough guide:
- Form submissions and inquiry emails: up to 24 months from your last contact
- Client project files and notes: for the length of the project plus 24 months
- Invoices and payment records: at least 6 years, to meet tax and accounting law
- Anonymous tool counter data: up to 60 days for daily rollups; lifetime totals are kept without identifying details
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. That includes using providers with their own security programs, encrypting traffic to the site, and limiting who on our team can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information you send us will never be accessed by an unauthorized party, but we take it seriously.
If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Children's privacy
Bloomwired is intended for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for at least 30 days. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated policy.
Questions or requests?
Email [email protected] and one of us (Ary or Brixon) will reply directly. We do not have a separate privacy team. The person reading your message is also the person handling the request.
Bloomwired, by Ary and Brixon.
