What to expect when you use this site or work with bloomwired.io.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any service work you engage bloomwired.io to complete. bloomwired.io is operated by Aryanne Lombres. By using this site, submitting a form, or hiring us for a project, you agree to these terms.
If you have questions before we start, email [email protected].
This website is for information, inquiries, and service requests. You agree to use it honestly and not in a way that could harm us, the site, or anyone else.
Content on this site belongs to bloomwired.io unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or republish it without permission.
Submitting a Setup Check or contacting us does not automatically create a client relationship. We review each submission and decide whether the project is a fit before any agreement begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project request.
All work is based on a defined scope agreed before the project begins. That scope may be confirmed by email, invoice, proposal, or another written agreement.
The scope includes only what is clearly listed. Requests outside the agreed scope are not automatically included and may require a separate quote.
Pricing may be fixed-price or custom quoted after review. We confirm pricing before work begins.
If the actual project turns out to be materially different from what was described in the inquiry or Setup Check, we may revise the quote before continuing.
A deposit is required before work starts unless stated otherwise in writing. The remaining balance is due on delivery.
We may pause or stop work if payment is missed or delayed beyond the agreed terms.
Fixed-price projects generally include two rounds of small revisions. A small revision means a reasonable adjustment to what was already built, not a brand new direction or scope expansion.
Extra revisions or significant changes may be quoted separately.
Your project depends on you providing the materials and access needed to do the work. This may include:
If materials, access, or approvals are delayed, the timeline shifts accordingly.
In some cases, bloomwired.io may use AI-assisted tools to support drafting, placeholder content, organization, layout planning, production help, or early-stage build work.
Client-provided copy, assets, and approvals remain the preferred source for final work. Any placeholder or AI-assisted content should be reviewed and approved before it is treated as final. bloomwired.io is not responsible for issues caused by publishing unreviewed placeholder or draft content.
Project timelines begin once the deposit is paid and the required materials and access are received. Any time estimate given before that point is only an estimate.
If you are on a monthly support arrangement, that support covers the type and amount of work agreed for that plan. Monthly support is not unlimited.
If requests go beyond what the plan reasonably covers, we may suggest a higher plan or quote the extra work separately.
Our work may depend on GoHighLevel and other third-party platforms or service tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, technical limitations, pricing changes, or other issues caused by those third-party providers.
Once your project is paid in full, the finished deliverables created for your business are yours to use for your business purposes.
Any general methods, templates, internal systems, reusable structures, or background processes developed by bloomwired.io remain ours.
We build systems and service assets. We do not control your traffic, your audience, your offer, your pricing, or how people respond to your business. Because of that, we do not guarantee bookings, leads, conversions, sales, or revenue results.
We reserve the right to pause or end work if needed, including in cases of non-payment, abusive communication, repeated scope expansion without agreement, or other situations that make the project unreasonable to continue.
bloomwired.io is a small service business. Our liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost opportunities, or downstream business issues.
Plain version. We will do our best to fix problems within our scope, but we cannot take responsibility for outcomes outside our control or losses that go far beyond the work itself.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If you have questions about these terms, contact Aryanne Lombres at [email protected].
